Shipping

Orders are packed with care and usually shipped within 1-3 business day.

Orders placed on weekdays are typically shipped the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Delivery times depend on the destination and usually take 1–3 business days within the Netherlands and 3–7 business days within the EU.

Within the Netherlands delivery cost is 6.95 EUR, EU delivery cost is 9.95 EUR.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Currently, I ship only to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. More destination will be added soon. 

Local Pick-Up (Amsterdam)

If you’re based in Amsterdam, you can choose free local pick-up at checkout.

Pick-up is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays by appointment only.

Once your order is ready, I’ll contact you by email to arrange a pick-up time and share the collection details.

Please note that pick-up is not available without prior confirmation.

A small note

BYONI is a small studio where everything is made and packed by hand.
I do my best to prepare and pack each order as quickly as possible, with extra care to protect the fragile ceramic pieces.
