If something isn’t right with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the handmade nature of the ceramics, each piece is unique. Minor variations in shape, glaze, and finish are part of the process and not considered defects.

 

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with:

1. Your order number

2. A short description

3. Clear photos of the item and packaging

I’ll do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Coffee

Coffee products cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

If you experience a clear quality issue, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to help.

 

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
